Surfaces:

• Ceramic tiling in the bathrooms and restrooms, according to the architects plans, however it can be requested to be in the kitchen aswell.
  
• Flooring (vinyl, hardwood, laminate flooring) will be in the living room, bedrooms and wardrobe.
• The cost of coverage for the floor and sidewalls is 7.000 Ft/sqm
• The installation and transportation of coverings chosen from one of our distributors is done by our company. If you choose to go with different coverings from different suppliers, the price of installation is up to negotiation.

Sanitary ware:

• The bathrooms will be equipped with a built-in shower and a bathtub.
• Acrylic bathtub (Ravak): 100.000 Ft.
• Porcelain sink with cabinet: 90.000 Ft.
• Built-in toilet tank (Geberit) with flush plate, toilet bowl and seat: 90.000 Ft.
• If something more expensive, than the ones listed above, is chosen, the price difference is to be paid by the buyer, but we take care of the installation.
• The kitchen, bathroom and restroom furniture is not included in the price, but we can undertake the installation for an agreed upon price.

Faucets:

• Restroom faucet (GROHE): 20.000 Ft
• Bathtub faucet (Hansgrohe): 30.000 Ft
• Shower faucet (GROHE): 30.000 Ft

Doors and windows:

• Interior doors in different colors: 40.000 Ft
• Secure front door: 200.000 Ft
• Unique heat and light shielding glass surfaces, sliding doors.

Electrical fittings:

• "Smart" blinds with automatic shading.
• Light switches, power outlets, dedicated space for lamps according to plans.
• Alarm, cables fitted for intercom.

Mechanical fittings:

• Floor heating and ceiling cooling provided by a heat pump system.
• Towel drying radiators in bathrooms.

Surface coating:

• Double plastered walls with two coatings of white paint.
• Colored paint, wallpaper and other surface coating requests are up to negotiation.

Walls, Roof, exterior facade:

• 25cm monoblock outer walls, heat and sound insulating windows, 15cm partition walls, insulated roof with a rooftop terrace.
• 15cm thermal insulation; aesthetic, colored, exterior wall covering panel (Nichiha).
• Pergola covered parking space, common areas laid with paving stones.
